Secure Online Payments via ePos

At EasyBookings, the security of electronic transactions is an absolute priority. For this reason, we do not store credit or debit card details on our servers, ensuring that your customers' sensitive payment data is neither transmitted through nor stored within our platform.

You can accept reservation payments from all major debit and credit cards through the official Payment Gateways of our partner banks.

We support ePos integration via a secure redirection environment, in cooperation with all major Greek banks.

How the Payment Process Works

  1. The customer selects online payment during the booking completion process.
  2. They are automatically redirected to the Bank’s secure payment environment.
  3. They enter their card details directly on the Bank’s secure page.
  4. The transaction is processed exclusively by the Bank.
  5. Once the payment is completed, the customer is automatically redirected back to the booking confirmation page.

This process ensures maximum security and full compliance with international electronic payment standards.

ePos Service Activation

To activate the ePos integration (via redirection):

  • Visit the branch of the bank where you maintain your business account.
  • Request activation of the ePos / Online Payment service for your website.
  • Complete the necessary contractual and technical procedures with the Bank.
  • Once activated by the Bank, the EasyBookings team will handle the technical integration and configuration within your system.

Activation Cost

The activation cost for each payment method (per bank integration / ePos) is €100 one-time and covers the technical integration, configuration, and operational testing of the service within the EasyBookings system.

Note: Any transaction fees or banking charges are determined exclusively by the respective Bank and are not included in the activation cost.
